zapnspark pcb: move and rotate R3, the end result is much better autorouting of traces and a bigger ground backplane (this change eliminates the weird routing around R1/R2 in the previous version)

changed all pads to be 1.99mm as there were problems with some components lifting the tracks when flexed - for example C2 and C4, hopefully this will fix this issue
