zapnspark_v2: too many changes to detail here, fixed orientation of diodes and transistors in the footprint editor, added back silk screen with pad names, added annotations to front silk screen, checked against schematic for correctness, moved some parts around to make wiring saner, added ground plane on top layer and many more details

remove TinySpHEAR code (four capsule microphone) for old shock mount (internal ring, external ring and connecting rods), add ridges and channels to guide rubber bands in internal ring, connect internal ring columns with walls so they cannot bend, add parameters for new shock mount, redo rendering code for the different parts, update EM182 and EM200 versions of the microphone to render the new shock mount
