start merging the Octathingy code into the current code base, move the capsule holder and some parameters into a separate file (SpHEAR_common), finally fix the code that calculates the depth of the slot that creates the interlocking fingers that hold the array together - turns out there are two cases delimited by the angle between adyacent capsules, the code now works for both the TinySpHEAR and the Octathingy arrays

change interface to the capsule module (the orientation of the capsules in space is now done outside of the module), remove rendermic rendering control variable, add extra deep ridge so that capsule holders click better into mount, add rendering modules for each part of the microphone and mount and for the complete assembly, add TinySpHEAR_EM182.scad and TinySpHEAR_EM200.scad files with optimized parameters for the EM182 and EM200 capsules
