big merge of repeated variables spread over many files, move most to SpHEAR_common.scad, add some to the _common.scad versions of the TinySpHEAR and OctaSpHEAR as they are created differently in both, move most include statements to the top microphone rendering files (removes redundant includes); Octathingy_common, Octathingy_mount: add code to render parts for the version 2 microphone; TinySpHEAR_mount: remove remnants of snap joints which have been replaced with screws; SpHEAR_windscreen: add parts to create tapered windscreen for OctaSpHEAR version 2 printed circuit board design; db25.scad: remove redundant facets definition

octathingy: change slots in capsule holder so they are bigger (now 10 slots), add overhang to stop the capsule when inserted into holder, add flange and guide for inserting stalk into body flare, remove old code
