big merge of repeated variables spread over many files, move most to SpHEAR_common.scad, add some to the _common.scad versions of the TinySpHEAR and OctaSpHEAR as they are created differently in both, move most include statements to the top microphone rendering files (removes redundant includes); Octathingy_common, Octathingy_mount: add code to render parts for the version 2 microphone; TinySpHEAR_mount: remove remnants of snap joints which have been replaced with screws; SpHEAR_windscreen: add parts to create tapered windscreen for OctaSpHEAR version 2 printed circuit board design; db25.scad: remove redundant facets definition

remove TinySpHEAR code (four capsule microphone) for old shock mount (internal ring, external ring and connecting rods), add ridges and channels to guide rubber bands in internal ring, connect internal ring columns with walls so they cannot bend, add parameters for new shock mount, redo rendering code for the different parts, update EM182 and EM200 versions of the microphone to render the new shock mount

the windscreen support mesh with four double helixes is not really printable in one go, the quality of the beams degrade as the structure gets taller - so split it into two sections (maybe we will need three) and move to six double helixes so that the slope of the beams is less and the print quality is better

change design of bottom connector housing to use only the core metal part of the connector, much simpler and easier to attach using the two screws included with the connector (that would normally attach the internal strain relief); remove unnecessary external connector lock collar; redesign snap joint so that arm is stronger - this is still not optimal

add new capsule holder connection legs, horizontal with slanted top and dual fingers with support, interlocks much better than the previous version but only works for small microphone array radius (no error checking at this point), this is now the default; add bottom flare to microphone body that can house a 12 pin connector, includes a side collar that locks the connector in place; add click locks for snapping the top and bottom flares to the body of the microphone; modify the capsule array mount to include four holes for the individual capsule cables so that there is no connection to the resonant cavity below; change defaults for the mount so that the bottom two capsules snap more securely into the mount

in TinySpHEAR go back to 1mm walls, 2 * that creates trouble printing, the material gets too hot because of the printing pattern and the shape is rough and bumpy, also remove the intermediate flare - we do not really need that for now

properly join the flares with the mount stalks introducing mint_thin slices for the hulls, make the wall of the flare constant thickness, make stalk the same thickness as the flare, add an additional transition between flare and stalk, add transition in the lip to avoid overhangs while printing, replace top ellipsoid microphone array mount in TinySpHEAR with a rounded box which gives better cable clearance
