changed all pads to be 1.99mm as there were problems with some components lifting the tracks when flexed - for example C2 and C4, hopefully this will fix this issue

add extra transition to flare to capsule stalk, make stalk wall thicker to match the flare, change the Octathingy flare to wall to be printable, add transition to lip to avoid overhangs, make internal flare thicker so that there are no overhangs at the entry to the cable holes, make the array mount wall thicker to match the stalk

properly join the flares with the mount stalks introducing mint_thin slices for the hulls, make the wall of the flare constant thickness, make stalk the same thickness as the flare, add an additional transition between flare and stalk, add transition in the lip to avoid overhangs while printing, replace top ellipsoid microphone array mount in TinySpHEAR with a rounded box which gives better cable clearance

start merging the Octathingy code into the current code base, move the capsule holder and some parameters into a separate file (SpHEAR_common), finally fix the code that calculates the depth of the slot that creates the interlocking fingers that hold the array together - turns out there are two cases delimited by the angle between adyacent capsules, the code now works for both the TinySpHEAR and the Octathingy arrays
