zapnspark: transform molex pin connector pads into smd pads to solder wires directly to the pcb instead of using connectors, should make it slightly easier to assemble the microphone; manually update the component location pdf and svg with new locations

changed all pads to be 1.99mm as there were problems with some components lifting the tracks when flexed - for example C2 and C4, hopefully this will fix this issue
