split H2N EM200 rendering to a separate file (like for other microphones), change rendering of the body of the H2N array so that we can mount a windscreen on it (leave old stuff as _no_ws modules for now), make the windscreen the same as for the SpHEAR EM200 standalone microphone

adjust height of h2n columns to have a better press fit after a test print, make the capsule array stalk thicker and do proper scaling and positioning of the dot that signals the back of the microphone array

h2n: major redesign, hide access to the top microphone mode selection dial as it is not really needed (the h2n needs to be in 4ch mode for the TinySpHEAR mod to work), with that disabled lower the bridge to touch the top of the h2n and hide the dial, use hull to get nicely smooth transitions, redo the columns to match - carefully match dimensions to the old column design as that was correctly hugging the h2n case, still need to test print the whole assembly so more tuning will probably happen soon
