I confirm I am the Licensed Plumber responsible for the performance and supervision of the above referenced project. Having supervised and/or carried out the plumbing work, I confirm:

The plumbing work has been completed in accordance with the National Construction Code, the Certificate of Likely Compliance or a Plumbing Permit (if appropriate) issued for the work.

I advise that:

  • (a) all plumbing work is complete; and
  • (b) all directions given under the Building Act 2016 have been complied with; and
  • (c) the plumbing work is in compliance with the Plumbing Code of Australia, the approved plans, specifications and conditions of the Certificate of Likely Compliance.
